The Best Sweet Cornbread Recipe
Fall is just around the corner which means lots of delicious and warm SOUP!
We LOVE soup around here. Especially Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup.
However, a good soup always needs a great side of bread. That is why I HAD to share the best sweet cornbread recipe.

Now, let me tell you about this recipe. I grew up loving this sweet cornbread.
In fact, I remember meals that I refused to eat the main dish and devoured all the cornbread I could eat.
Unlike a lot of cornbread recipes, this is a very moist cornbread. Almost like eating cake!
Plus, this recipe makes a 9 x 13 pan. So you get a LOT of yummy cornbread that can feed a crowd.
The recipe calls for Bisquick but feel free to use other brands of quick bread mix. Or even a nice homemade mix will work. I use the Ready Mix recipe from The Homemade Pantry cookbook.
